Job Responsibilities:

  1. Anticipate, deliver, and exceed guests' expectations for hospitality

  2. Familiar with the menu so that you can engage with costumers and answer their questions regarding the menu confidently

  3. Guide guest through their dining experience by taking and placing orders, serving food and drinks, and processing payments

  4. Understand the restaurant layout and how to navigate the layout while delivering food (i.e. how tables are divided into server areas, how to get from kitchen to tables, etc.)
