Work Qualifications:

1. Excellent customer service and organizational skills

2. Able to multi-task effectively

3. Meet state specific qualifications for role

4. CPR and First Aid Certification OR willingness to obtain them

5. Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and work indoors and outdoors

6. Able to lower down to allow physical and visual contact with childern, see and hear well enough to keep them safe, and engage in physical activity with them

7. Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate clearly
