Rn Clinical Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
Internal case management and evaluate Aveanna's support of its nurses talent development
Hospital discharges and patient transitions with "Start of Care Assessments" and "Re-evaluations"
Review physicians' orders and undate care plans as needed
Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, and validating new staff
Collaborate with operations and business development team
Ensure company compliance with State, Federal, Local, and Aveanna policies

Work Qualifications:
Current, good-standing RN license in state of practice
At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
Ability to travel to patients' homes
Must have reliable form of transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to pass MVR check
Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
Willingness to mentor and supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adoloscents, and adults
Must comply with all health-related requirements in applicable areas (i.e. vaccinations and testing) subject to medical/religious exemptions
